Judging finds sites, sellers and agents
Tests you can apply to any finds site, any seller and any agent, including this site and LitBuy. Nothing here is a ranking.
Testing a finds site, this one included
Choosing a spreadsheet site comes down to upkeep: a finds site is only as good as its maintenance. Look for dates on anything that changes, such as prices, routes and campaigns. Click a few category links and see whether they open real shelves. Check whether partner codes are disclosed. Be wary of any site that crowns one agent as the winner or scores agents with stars; nobody has data that would support a ranking.
Apply the same test to this map. Every changeable number here carries 16 October 2026, the raw captures are kept with timestamps, the partner code is stated in the footer, and no route or agent is ranked.

Four questions that sort agents
Four questions sort agents quickly and point you to a trustworthy agent. Is there a named operator with a registration number? Are the claim rules written down with dates? Can you see route data without an account? And what does the agent leave unpublished?
For LitBuy the answers are: LITBUY LIMITED with a UK company number on its contact page; help 30 and help 41, both dated; a public freight estimator that needs no login; and two notable gaps, the insurance compensation standards table and the percentage payment fees.

Other agents you will come across
LitBuy is one of many China shopping agents that buy, store, photograph and ship for overseas customers. They differ in service fees, storage terms, route lists and claim rules, and in how much of each they publish.
If you compare, compare like with like: the same destination, the same weight, the same day, read on each agent's own estimator. This map covers LitBuy only and does not rank it against anyone.

Reading community reports about a route
Buyers post route experiences on LitBuy's Discord and subreddit: a parcel that took 11 days, a customs letter, a box that arrived crushed. These reports are useful for one thing, spotting a recent change, and weak for another, judging a route overall.
Read a report for its date, its destination, its route name and its weight. A report without a route name tells you nothing about the route you are looking at. Several recent reports about the same named route, all pointing the same way, are worth a question to support; a single dramatic post is not a pattern. We do not summarise community mood on this site, for the same reason.

Why LitBuy, and when to use another agent
Start with what is common: every agent buys for you and charges for international shipping by weight. Then what is particular to LitBuy: country routes unlocked by a user vote, a written split between self-operated routes under LitBuy's own standard and other routes under the carrier's, a public estimator, and no service fee on the purchase.
Then the honest part. If your country returned no route you are comfortable with, if you want a published compensation table before you ship, or if you need customer service hours in writing, LitBuy does not offer those today, and another agent may suit you better.

Before you order: things to watch
LitBuy bans counterfeit and IP-infringing goods and says it can cancel orders, close accounts and dispose of such stock; it also states that it cannot verify whether a product is authentic. Inspection photos show condition and specification, not authenticity.
Customs risk sits with you: help 19 says returns, fines or taxes arising at customs are borne by the buyer, and heavy or high-value parcels draw more inspections. Finally, deadlines: report damage to the carrier within 48 hours and to LitBuy within 7 days.
